REJECTED RESTING PLACE.

I believe this piece was to some extent concept art.

I don’t think the project that it was made for has retained the scene in which these specific visuals would play out.

Stylistically it was just me experimenting. Seeing what information I could convey with more simplistic execution. The trees for example are just these undefined little splatters.

However, I do think to some extent I resorted back to painting out of a lack of confidence.

I think it’s an interesting looking piece but it’s far from my best.
