Following up on the theme of mechanical beings bringing human meanings.

The title refers to the dehumanizing yet oddly boomeranging concept of treating one’s self as a tool.

Nobody likes to be treated like a tool, it’s objectifying. Especially when being an object is at the benefit of another.

Yet… the body can be utilized for and altered to fit, all sorts of various processes. Emotional and physical. The recognition of yourself as machine-like is only as dehumanizing as you make it.

If you are broken, you can find the tools within yourself to rebuild.

You can teach others to do the same and others can teach you new ways.

In a lot of ways, this was a further solidification of the aesthetic I was developing.
