DEATH.

3/3 of a trilogy.

On comes the storm.

This piece was some mixed media fun. While the sky was painted, the character and flower field drawn, the buildings seen leaning into frame are 3d modelled and textured by me.

There’s this subtle effect of rings distorting the whole image created from clipping the finished image above itself to some circular paint strokes and then rotating it slightly.

I really enjoy the surreal feeling this piece gives me. I feel the composition is nice to the eye but also makes wonderfully no sense.

Are the buildings falling? Wrapping?

Is the character falling sideways? Are they Flying?

Who knows.
