An expansion on Push, Parade Person and 16mm all at once.

It captures aspects of their various directions into a singular vision with the use of its camera angles, mixed media and setting. Speaking of setting.

The city I depict within my work is one constructed of images taken around Dublin, painted over and either directly used or at the very least heavily referenced onto 3d models.

I warp real sights into confusing and elongated nightmares. I’m inspired by the many empty office buildings made without much reason that just sorta take up space.

So I take that to a ridiculous degree. Creating monoliths out of stairwells and bridges that go to nowhere and everywhere.

With how much things are richly bought just to await a use that doesn’t feel like it’ll come.

Why not be more honest and make something useless for the dystopian hell of it?

The character shushing is another parade person. A newer design that keeps plenty of the same motifs as the first but differs in body type and specifics. I really enjoyed creating this piece.

Why they are shushing, who knows. Maybe whoever is behind the camera is freaking out about the scary sky bridges.

It’s lighting was fun and so were details such as the faint sky spirals.
